Shipping policy

We’re excited to deliver your beauty products straight to your door. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery times, costs, and options for orders placed through our online store.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Malta (all localities)

  • Gozo

If you live outside these areas and would like to place an order, please contact us at lumeabyroberta.com to check if delivery is possible.


2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you by email if there’s a significant delay.


3. Delivery Times and Costs

🇲🇹 Deliveries within Malta

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days

  • Cost: €5 or Free for orders over €35. 

🇲🇹 Deliveries to Gozo

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

  • Cost: €10 or Free for orders over €60.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, holidays).


4. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe please contact our support team at lumeabyroberta@hotmail.com with your order number.

We will investigate with the courier and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs (for EU/international orders), or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


5. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Send photos of the packaging and the affected products to lumeabyroberta@hotmail.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.


6. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.


8. Click & Collect (Optional Section)

We offer a Click & Collect service from our salon - 26, G.M Azzopardi, Iklin.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification.
Please bring your confirmation email and valid ID when collecting your order.
